The left hand up is an invitation to friendship and opportunity - the artisans at Kara Yoo have hand carved traditional adornments like a bell and Lucky Fish (to ensure the lucky cat is well taken care of) and a small floral pattern to welcome spring. Strung on a 4mm silk cord.
Note, the pendant is not removable.
