RETURN POLICY
We will refund, exchange, or give store credit on any applicable items, within 10 days of purchase. Sales are final after 10 days, and store credit does not expire. All return items must be unworn, in original condition, have original tags attached and all original packaging included. All sales are final on sale merchandise discounted 40% off or more, jewellery, vintage, swimwear, sunglasses, undergarments, candles, and apothecary products. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred. One of a Few is not responsible for return shipping costs, nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
HOW WE SHIP YOUR ORDER
Orders delivered within Canada are shipped via Canada Post. International orders (including orders delivered to the USA) are shipped via Chit Chats. Orders are processed within 1-2 business day. Buyers will receive an confirmation, followed by a tracking number once the package has been shipped. One of a Few cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any “refused” shipments, and costs incurred in the return, are the customer’s responsibility. The original shipping charge, as well as the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the original purchase amount, and a restocking fee may apply.
Orders of $250 or more delivered within Canada and the continental USA qualify for free shipping. Orders under $250 are subject to shipping charges, depending on the destination and weight of the package.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF CANADA
Expected arrival date for international orders vary by location. Most cities in the continental USA can expect items to arrive in 4-8 business days. For orders made from overseas, please allow 14-30 business days. If you wish to receive your item sooner, please select Express International. For all international orders, a customs duty may be charged to the purchaser by a local government. One of a Few is not responsible for payment of this duty. By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws. If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package.
ONLINE EXCHANGE PROCESS
Sender is responsible for return shipping cost. Please contact oneofafewclothing@icloud.com to receive approval prior to shipping back your return. Please detail the item you wish to return, and provide a tracking number once approved. Lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to exchange for another item please specify in your email. Your return or exchange will be processed as soon as possible. If you are exchanging for store credit please contact us when you would like to use your credit towards your next purchase. Store credits do not expire. We hold the right to deny returns/exchanged if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
International returns must be labelled as RETURNED GOODS on all Customs paperwork, in order to avoid any duties. Any duties or additional costs incurred during the return process will be the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from your total.
