Mosquito | Pearly Clip

Pearly clip by Mosquito is an individually handcrafted clip made from upcycled oyster shell, Italian cultivated pearls, and a sterling silver clip plated in 18k gold. On average, each clip spends around two hours in Mosquito's atelier during the crafting process before it is ready to be yours. The pearls are strung with silk thread and individually knotted by hand—a traditional technique that enhances both the durability and elegance of the piece. The brooch component is fully crafted in Italy from sterling silver and finished with a 3-micron 18k gold bath. Each piece is crafted slowly and intentionally, with subtle variations and imperfections that reflect its artisanal, one-of-a-kind nature.
